Global Citizen is the world`s leading international advocacy organisation on a mission to end extreme poverty. The movement is amplified by campaigns and events that convene leaders in entertainment, policy, media, philanthropy, government, and business. This is the second time Global Citizen is activating in India, following Global Citizen Live in 2016, which featured performances by Coldplay, Jay Z, and Demi Lovato. Now, for the first time, Indian audiences can experience this phenomenon on the country`s most immersive big screens. The five-hour mega event, starting at 6:00 PM IST on Sunday, 28th September 2025, will feature a world-class lineup including The Weeknd, Shakira, Tyla, Ayra Starr, Mariah The Scientist, and Camilo and will be hosted by Hugh Jackman.
