Neel Roy, a farm employee in Kolkata, is a devoted single father to his six-year-old daughter, Bini. When Bini suddenly collapses at school, Neel learns she has advanced leukaemia with only three months to live. Desperate to save her, he sells everything and seeks multiple treatments, but nothing works. Accepting the inevitable, he decides to spend Bini`s remaining days at her favourite spot, the ground in their backyard. As news of her condition spreads, their story goes viral, drawing public sympathy. After Bini`s passing, Neel is left with nothing but memories, grappling with profound grief and an empty life.
