Arjun, a financially struggling UK cab driver, accepts a high-paying job to deliver a simple parcel, hoping to win back his family. After picking up a hitchhiker, Liza, he arrives at a remote location, only for the parcel to go missing. Held captive by the strange inhabitants, Arjun quickly realizes he's trapped in a terrifying scenario. Arjun soon discovers the family is involved in a far more chilling enterprise than petty crime. They are working for Europes biggest drug lord, and their purpose involves creating a horrific new narcotic with a devastating source; the very victims they hold captive.
