Responsibilities

Handle medium-level automation breakdowns

Perform preventive & predictive maintenance

Support PLC fault analysis & debugging

Assist in commissioning and line bring-up

Troubleshoot servo, IPC, sensor & vision systems

Support RCA & documentation

Train junior engineers/technicians

Work with cross-functional teams

Improve machine uptime & reliability

Coordinate with vendors

Maintain technical logs

Support multiple sites when required

Required Skills

✔ Good understanding of PLCs

✔ Servo & vision system knowledge

✔ Strong troubleshooting skills

✔ Ability to read electrical schematics
