Perform advanced PLC troubleshooting

Lead commissioning, upgrades & migrations

Perform servo tuning, motion control & robot calibration

Drive machine performance improvement

Lead RCA & long-term corrective actions

Troubleshoot servo, IPC, sensor & vision systems

Mentor medium-skill & fresher engineers

Coordinate with global/local vendors

Ensure uptime & reliability targets

Maintain documentation & audits

Lead technical reviews for new projects

Support cross-site automation requirements

Required Skills

✔ Expert PLC understanding
