Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner
2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
3. Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to security protocols
4. Handle courier, mail, and deliveries
5. Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments
6 .Provide administrative support to teams when required
7. Maintain a clean and organized reception area
8. Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and management of office stationery.

12th / Graduate pass
Female preferred

Required Skills

1. 12th / Graduate pass
2. Excellent communication & coordination skills
3. Basic Computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling)
4. Prior experience as receptionist is must
