Responsibilities

* Responsible for internal hiring only
* Lead and manage end-to-end white-collar recruitment for Blue Collar / NAPS / NATS / Staffing / Recruitment / Learn & Earn / Skill Development across PAN India
* Build and maintain a strong candidate database
* Ensure timely onboarding & statutory compliance
* Track hiring metrics and prepare recruitment performance reports

Required Skills

* Proven experience in the same industry
* Strong understanding of NAPS/NATS frameworks and labour compliance
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills
