Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

Support onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave tracking.

Help organize training programs and employee engagement activities.

Handle basic HR queries and ensure policy compliance.

Required Skills

Strong communication & documentation skills

Good knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel

Basic knowledge of HR functions
