Responsibilities

Ensure quality standards of rubber/polymer products by inspecting materials, processes, and finished goods, and driving corrective actions to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, or related engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Rubber Moulding / Polymer Component Manufacturing setup.
• Hands-on experience with IATF 16949, PPAP, and other core tools.
•Good knowledge of EHS systems, risk assessment, and legal compliances, plant quality assurance and control.
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 is an added advantage.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team player with cross-functional coordination skills

Preferred:

• Exposure to OEM/Automotive sector quality systems
• Experience in handling customer complaints and audits
• Knowledge of rubber compounding and molding process parameters.
