Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily operations and customer follow-ups.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices as per customer requirements.

Track orders, deliveries, and payment status to ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain customer databases, sales records, and internal documentation.

Communicate with clients regarding product details, pricing, and order updates.

Support marketing activities, lead management, and sales reporting.

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist in sales presentations.

Handle customer queries and escalate issues to the sales team when needed.

Required Skills

Language Skills: Strong command over the English language.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Soft Skills: Excellent client communication abilities.
