Responsibilities

Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for automotive products or solutions.

Gather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders and customers.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver product features.

Ensure product development aligns with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

Monitor product performance, analyze market trends, and suggest improvements.

Manage backlog, user stories, and feature prioritization using Agile/Scrum practices.

Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations for successful product launches.

Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related decisions and communication.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical deliverables; excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Must-Have Tech Skills : Proven experience as a Product Owner (writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria); hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Good to Have Skills : Experience with resource planning, forecasting, business estimation, creating functional test cases, and supporting UAT/customer validation.
