Manage end-to-end recruitment for automotive roles including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and background verifications for candidates.
Maintain talent pipelines and manage candidate databases for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment guidelines.
Prepare and share recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards with management.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
Experience in automotive staffing/hiring will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Required Skills
Good Communication.
Documentation Knowledge.
Good command of English Language.
Knowledge about Word, Excel.
