Responsibilities

1. Aggregate Ownership & Integration
· Lead integration of tractor aggregates: hydraulics and linkage systems (3-point hitch, lift arms, draft/position controls, stabilizers), PTO & driveline, axles, engine, transmission, tractor structure (chassis, subframes, ROPS, mounts), operator station, steering, fuel system, electricals, safety systems, and styling.
· Ensure packaging feasibility, manufacturability (DFM/DFA/DFS), ergonomics, accessibility, serviceability, and structural integrity.
· Manage system and subsystem-level targets in alignment with tractor architecture and feature roadmaps.
· Support assembly and structural integration reviews, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

2. Validation & DFMEA
· Understand DVP requirements at vehicle and system level.
· Conduct DFMEA at part and sub-assembly level, including structural and aggregate interactions.
· Support prototype builds, validation activities, and issue closure in line with program timelines and SOP milestones.

Required Skills

· In-depth knowledge of all tractor aggregates, including powertrain, hydraulics, linkages, and structure.
· Proficiency in UG NX (CAD) and Teamcenter (PLM).
· Strong understanding of tolerance stack-up analysis, GD&T, assembly processes, and structural integration.
· Experience with DFM, DFA, DFS, and manufacturability reviews.
· Ability to conduct DFMEA at part/sub-assembly level, including structural components.
· Familiarity with hydraulics, linkage systems, and tractor structural integration.
· Awareness of homologation and regulatory requirements.
