Responsibilities

Assist the Executive/Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including training and scheduling.
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality standards.
Help with menu planning, recipe development, and portion control.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
Step in to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
Handle customer feedback and implement improvements.

Eligibility

Experience in central kitchen operations, passion for quality food, and knowledge of QHSE norms.
Experience in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision is highly valued
