Responsibilities

Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished rubber/polymer products.

Perform testing using rheometers, hardness testers, tensile machines, and other QC instruments.

Monitor production quality parameters and ensure adherence to specifications.

Analyze defects, identify root causes, and support corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Maintain quality documentation, test reports, and ISO/TS standards compliance.

Collaborate with production, R&D, and suppliers for quality improvements.

Conduct audits, inspections, and process validations.

Ensure implementation of quality systems, SOPs, and customer quality requirements.

Eligibility

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, or related engineering disciplines.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Rubber Moulding / Polymer Component Manufacturing setup.

Hands-on experience with IATF 16949, PPAP, and other core tools.

Good knowledge of EHS systems, risk assessment, and legal compliances, plant quality assurance and control.

Working knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 is an added advantage.

Preferred:

• Exposure to OEM/Automotive sector quality systems
• Experience in handling customer complaints and audits
