Responsibilities

Monitor quality of rubber/polymer products.

Conduct material & process inspections, handle customer complaints, and ensure compliance with standards.

Required Skills

• Min 3 years of relevant experience in Rubber Moulding / Polymer Component Mfg setup.

• Hands-on experience with IATF 16949, PPAP, and other core tools.

• Good knowledge of EHS systems, risk assessment, and legal compliances, plant quality assurance and control.

• Working knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 is an added advantage.

• Exposure to OEM/Automotive sector quality systems

• Experience in handling customer complaints and audits

• Knowledge of rubber compounding and molding process parameters.
