Conduct on-ground visits to businesses, shops, or organizations to collect and verify data for the directory.
Promote and explain the benefits of listing in your business directory to potential clients.
Gather accurate business details such as contact info, services offered, and operating hours.
Maintain and update records in the company database with verified information.
Follow up with businesses to ensure continued engagement and directory subscription renewals.
Generate reports on field activities, leads, and client feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve coverage and data accuracy.
Eligibility
Minimum education: High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Age: 18–35 years (depending on company policy).
Must have basic knowledge of local businesses and markets.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or fieldwork is a plus.

Communication skills – able to explain services clearly to clients.
Interpersonal skills – comfortable interacting with diverse business owners.
Sales and negotiation skills – persuading businesses to join the directory.
Data collection & documentation – accurate recording and reporting.
