In this hands-on masterclass, you’ll explore the art of fermentation and learn to makethree delicious varieties of kimchi: 🥬Traditional Napa Cabbage Kimchi (Baechu Kimchi):the iconic, fermented classic that you’ll take home in a jar. 🌱Radish Kimchi (Kkakdugi):an instant kimchi, vibrant and crunchy, packed for you in a container. 🥒Cucumber Kimchi (Oi Kimchi):another instant kimchi, refreshing and spicy, also packed in a container. But the experience doesn’t stop there.
